Supports commercial real estate investment sales and capital markets assignments through acquisition, disposition, and development underwriting. Builds cash flow models, development pro formas, discounted cash flow analyses, valuation sensitivities, debt scenarios, and investor return projections using ARGUS and Excel. Monitors and analyzes existing commercial mortgage loans at the property and guarantor levels. Reviews financial statements, rent rolls, appraisals, environmental and engineering reports, and loan documents for performance and covenant compliance. Prepares recurring monitoring reports, tracks property occupancy and revenue, supports new loan production and client engagement, conducts property inspections, and assists with process and guideline updates.
