Provides HR advisory support to business leaders and employees, including employee relations, performance management, terminations, conflict resolution, exit interviews, and employment law guidance. The role is designed for a third- or fourth-year Finance, Accounting, or related-field student interested in commercial real estate and available weekdays from noon to 5 p.m. MST.

Analyzes and maintains enterprise technology portfolio data to support investment prioritization, capacity planning, financial oversight, dependency management, and portfolio health monitoring. Develops executive dashboards, scorecards, governance materials, and performance reports; validates business cases; tracks risks, resources, benefits, and outcomes; and improves portfolio analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled intelligence capabilities.

Coordinates marketing requests, vendor artwork, property marketing programs, proposals, RFP responses, presentations, events, internal communications, and design deliverables. Supports marketing strategy execution across the full project cycle while maintaining brand integrity, quality, communication, and timelines. Manage global financial consolidation and accounting across multiple currencies, including acquisition accounting and global projects. Review financial data, resolve regional reporting issues, prepare consolidation journal entries, reconcile submissions, support financial statements, develop working papers, and liaise with external auditors. The role requires strategic analysis, detailed financial review, and collaboration with diverse regional and local finance teams.

The role supports high-volume accounts payable operations while identifying process improvements and maintaining accuracy. Candidates need 1–2 years of accounts payable or accounting experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, and excellent communication. Yardi or similar accounting software experience is preferred. This is an onsite position in Richmond, Virginia.

Supports enterprise data governance across global property and client data platforms. Responsibilities include managing metadata repositories and business glossaries, profiling datasets, measuring data quality, enforcing data standards and classification policies, triaging incidents, defining critical data elements, supporting platform migration, automating governance workflows, reporting governance metrics, and training data stewards.
