About you
You are a trusted HR advisor with a passion for supporting dynamic teams and driving people-focused strategies.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are known for your ability to resolve employee inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, always ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-through. You’re a skilled coach to managers, offering guidance through performance challenges and terminations, and you’re confident in conducting exit interviews, and sharing employment law insights when needed. Above all, you build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a reliable partner and advocate for both employees and leadership.
In this role, you will...
Establish collaborative partnerships and influence with business leaders across the organization on key people results (hiring, retention, engagement, DE&I, etc).
Partner strategically with business leaders to drive and deliver people strategies and goals.
Facilitate resolution of Human Resources issues in a timely manner and thrive in periods of intense activity.
Coach and direct leaders on performance management, employee relations, terminations, and conflict resolution.
Support the annual bonus/merit cycles across the region, working in close partnership with regional leadership and extended People Services team members to ensure smooth and timely execution of programs.
Work closely with extended People Services team members (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, HR Solutions, etc.) to ensure proactive and effective strategies to attract, retain and empower top talent.
What you'll bring
2+ years of relevant HR experience in a similar role (Experience working in a large multi-location matrixed organization is an asset).
Degree and/or diploma in Human Resources (A CPHR or SHRM designation is an asset).
Very comfortable with MS Excel.
Broad range of experience with HR programs and policies.
Strong computer skills with previous experience working with MS Office programs.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task; and exemplary communication skills.
Knowledge of current HR-related federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Compensation Range
Pursuant to state/local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information:
Area/Location Specific: WFH California (Remote)
Approximate hourly range for this Role: $36.54/hour to $43.27/hour
Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
