Leads mechanical design and development of locomotive cab structures and components. Responsibilities include concept development, structural and fatigue analysis, design reviews, verification and validation planning, risk mitigation, drawing and change management, manufacturing and supplier support, and cross-functional coordination. The role owns technical, safety, cost, reliability, and performance requirements while reviewing designs and managing multiple projects.

Leads the technical strategy, design, validation, and production implementation of high-power inverters, converters, battery-electric powertrains, and control systems for locomotive and mining applications. Responsibilities include system modeling, MATLAB/Simulink and HIL validation, requirements definition, troubleshooting, field issue resolution, technology evaluation, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring engineering teams. The role requires deep expertise in power electronics, controls, semiconductor technologies, and electrified transportation systems.

Process and validate Brazilian payroll, including salaries, benefits, bonuses, vacation pay, terminations, and statutory deductions. Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor, tax, social security, CLT, INSS, FGTS, and eSocial requirements. Respond to employee inquiries, coordinate with payroll vendors, prepare HR and Finance reports, support audits, maintain documentation, and identify process improvement opportunities.
