Leads a team of six enterprise Account Executives focused on customer expansion, retention, revenue growth, and multi-product adoption in Canada. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, forecasting, pipeline management, executive relationship building, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and representing Stripe at industry events. The role manages team performance while developing consultative sales capabilities and expanding Stripe’s enterprise customer presence.

Own the full sales cycle for existing SMB customers, including prospecting, account planning, business-case development, negotiations, closing, activation, and expansion. Develop outbound strategies, manage named accounts, build executive relationships, coordinate stakeholders, and expand customer revenue. The role also contributes to sales-process improvements and requires the ability to understand technical requirements, craft solutions, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.

Build and scale Stripe Treasury money movement products across UIs, APIs, and services. Lead technical projects, design product features, collaborate cross-functionally, make strategic infrastructure decisions, and balance business priorities with user experience and sustainable technical foundations. Mentor engineers and contribute to short- and long-term product roadmaps.

Own and execute large-scale global regulatory programs from strategy through delivery. Build cross-functional operating models, improve operational processes, coordinate Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and GTM teams, manage escalations, and translate user feedback into scalable product and operational improvements.

Design and refine UI components, patterns, and foundations for Stripe’s design system. Partner with front-end engineers to bring designs into production, create Figma libraries and documentation, develop responsive and accessible interfaces, and incorporate feedback from product teams. The role requires at least two years of digital product design experience, strong visual design skills, design-system experience, and familiarity with AI tools and front-end concepts.

Build and operate reliable payment integrations and systems at Stripe. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on technical projects, participate in code reviews and design discussions, improve system scalability and resilience, and develop tooling, data, and process solutions. The role offers mentorship while developing project ownership, technical leadership, production-system management, and effective communication skills.

The Senior People Partner will collaborate with leaders to develop HR strategies, support talent planning, and promote organizational health and productivity at Stripe.

Leads sales strategy and operations for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, GTM integration planning, sales operating model design, launch readiness, and post-acquisition execution. Coordinates cross-functional teams across Sales, Corporate Development, Finance, Product, Legal, and Operations. Develops integration playbooks, tracks milestones and risks, establishes reporting mechanisms, and supports pricing, quotas, compensation, systems, forecasting, and quote-to-cash workstreams.

Leads editorial and creative direction for Stripe’s external media partnerships and brand marketing programs. Develops compelling content from data, economic insights, customer stories, and complex technology or business topics. Oversees briefs, creative development, editing, agencies, publishers, and creators while maintaining a high quality bar. Advises internal teams and shapes original editorial concepts across blogs, newsletters, podcasts, advertising, social media, and other formats.

Investigates complex, high-risk user business cases and makes evidence-based risk decisions in ambiguous situations. The role develops tailored mitigation strategies, collaborates with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Product, and partners, communicates findings to varied audiences, engages directly with users, identifies systemic trends, and improves processes, decision frameworks, documentation, playbooks, and tooling.
