Investigate sanctions and financial-crime risks for merchant accounts through watchlist and keyword screening, open-source research, regulatory reporting, and drafting clear investigative summaries. Make account-level judgments, resolve complex cases, and support internal teams and partners while adhering to compliance processes.

Analyze operational performance for Tax operations by conducting deep-dive investigations, identifying root causes, building dashboards and self-serve reporting, applying statistical methods to evaluate experiments, and communicating actionable insights to operations and leadership to improve measurement and scalability.
