Negotiate and manage high-volume pre-M&A contracts, including NDAs, confidentiality agreements, NRLs, joinders, and engagement letters. Own complex KYC engagements from intake through resolution, reviewing documentation and entity structures for AML and KYC compliance across US, UK, and EU regimes. Maintain accurate records, resolve issues, monitor regulatory changes, communicate with clients and counterparties, and escalate appropriately. Sell Carta Law to legal services and fund management clients by owning full sales cycles, prospecting outbound, influencing C-suite legal and finance decision-makers, closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and acting as a customer advocate to drive revenue growth within legal services and fund administration markets.

Own outbound prospecting to build top-of-funnel pipeline for Carta Law by researching targets, booking qualified meetings, maintaining CRM hygiene, preparing sales collateral, and monitoring market trends. Collaborate with Sales Directors and SDRs to convert outreach into qualified opportunities.
