Leads contracts management for space and strategic systems programs, overseeing proposal development, pricing, negotiation, administration, closeout, customer relations, compliance, risk mitigation, and contract strategy. Advises senior leadership on contractual obligations, terms, changes, and cash management. Manages three contract manager direct reports, mentors teams, establishes processes, and collaborates with program management, finance, engineering, safety, supply chain, and business development. The role is fully onsite in Magna, Utah, with 10% travel.

Designs and analyzes electrical architectures, cables, harnesses, power systems, and electro-mechanical components for the Sentinel program. Coordinates electrical engineering work with integration teams, suppliers, customers, and program stakeholders. Develops and releases product definition and analysis packages, reviews schematics and wiring documentation, performs cable sizing and voltage-drop calculations, supports milestone reviews, and conducts trade studies. Requires active Secret clearance and potential SAP approval.

Develops and maintains system test plans, procedures, cases, automation, and test frameworks. Performs system, integration, regression, API, UI, performance, and security testing; analyzes results and resolves defects with development and systems teams. Supports requirements traceability, test environment setup, formal reviews, audits, customer witness events, and continuous improvement. The role requires an active Secret clearance, STEM degree, and 3–5+ years of experience depending on education.

Prepares budgets, schedules, funding profiles, sales and margin forecasts, cash projections, variance analyses, and quarterly Estimates at Completion. Maintains program cost data in Deltek Cobra and SAP S/4HANA, supports customer reporting and program meetings, forecasts manpower needs, tracks expenditures, and requests additional government funding. The role supports intercompany defense programs and site leadership.

Develops and coordinates integrated master plans and schedules across engineering, finance, manufacturing, materials, and quality teams. Tracks program progress, analyzes risks, resolves critical-path and network-logic conflicts, and uses Gantt charts, PERT, milestone tracking, earned value management, and project-management techniques to identify performance variances and support corrective action. The role is onsite in Melbourne, Florida and supports aerospace and defense programs.

Performs modeling, simulation, and analysis for the Sentinel program, including system latency, computing resource, networking, database, and cybersecurity analysis. Supports requirements traceability, MBSE implementation, model verification, and subcontractor governance. Develops recommendations to improve system architecture, performance, scalability, and network configuration, while coordinating with product teams and presenting findings to stakeholders. Requires an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP approval.

Facilitates configuration control and technical review boards; maintains configuration records and physical media; coordinates project documentation, engineering changes, change orders, and contract requirements. Reviews design changes for system impact and collaborates with engineering, quality, manufacturing, support, and data control teams. Supports program configuration and data management activities while ensuring documentation and change authorization processes meet customer and contract requirements.

Leads the definition, implementation, and management of systems engineering metrics across Sentinel program operating units. Analyzes engineering and program data, develops executive dashboards and visualizations, prepares leadership briefings, aligns metrics across organizations, and supports data-driven solutions to execution challenges. The role serves as a liaison among business units and customers while improving reporting consistency, performance visibility, and decision-making across the acquisition lifecycle.

Own high-value supplier agreements for an aircraft sustainment program. Draft and negotiate subcontract changes, contract amendments, and flow-down obligations; manage contractual risk, compliance, supplier performance, governance, reporting, and documentation. The role requires balancing commercial interests with supplier relationships and delivery obligations, while contributing to Australian Industry Capability activities. Defence contracting, DEFCON clauses, and ASDEFCON experience are desirable.

Designs and supports secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure, cross-domain data flows, and system security accreditation for government missions. Responsibilities include implementing cloud environments, applying cybersecurity frameworks, managing ATO/IATT processes, maintaining POA&Ms and security documentation, automating infrastructure, and supporting secure enclave and boundary defenses. The role may also architect cross-domain solutions, integrate multicloud systems, and assist with testing and audits. An active Secret clearance is required.
