Responsible for propulsion subsystem engineering: lead mechanical design, define/validate performance and durability requirements, perform sizing and analyses, manage suppliers, coordinate across disciplines, and support integration, testing, and certification. Must work on-site and travel up to 25%.

Design, develop, test, validate, integrate, and maintain mission-critical workflow management and data integration systems. Build digital thread solutions, custom tooling, and analytics dashboards. Implement Jira/Confluence-based traceability, automate workflows with scripting, lead risk and change management, support production systems, and produce technical documentation and training.

Design, develop, and validate manufacturing test stations and procedures for RF production hardware. Troubleshoot hardware and test issues, collaborate with design, quality, and production teams, support acceptance testing and environmental screening, and drive continuous improvement to reduce cost, cycle time, and defects.

Lead design and integration of complex electrical systems for weapon systems, ensuring compliance with MIL-STD and codes, performing advanced analyses (FEM/FEA, short-circuit/arc-flash), managing technical documentation and configuration, mentoring engineers, liaising with customers/vendors, and supporting system-level integration, testing, and maintenance activities.

Lead the Commerce propulsion tank product line end-to-end as Chief Engineer: own technical baseline, resolve RCCA/nonconformances, improve manufacturability, mentor engineers, drive technical roadmaps (including additive manufacturing), interface with customers and leadership, and support proposals to meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.

Design, integrate, and sustain electromechanical hardware for defense systems. Create and review drawings, parts lists, tests, and procedures; ensure configuration, quality, and cross-discipline coordination. Mentor, lead technical discussions, and support manufacturing sustainment and supply chain interactions.

Support program managers and cost account managers with Earned Value Management, budget baselines, variance analysis, forecasts, and government cost reporting. Prepare/submit CDRLs (IPMR), maintain cost/schedule integration, and use tools like MPM, SAP/BW, wInsight, and MS Office to produce visibility reports and support program monthly processes.

Develop and maintain integrated master plans and schedules (IMS); integrate schedules across functions; track performance, perform risk and critical path analysis; resolve logic conflicts; use MS Project, EVM, and schedule techniques (Gantt, PERT, milestones) to report variances and support program decision-making.

Support continuous improvement and operations for composite aircraft manufacturing: analyze processes to reduce scrap and cost, support floor-level problem solving, generate metrics and capacity planning, develop recovery plans, and provide analyses for capital asset needs to optimize product flow and schedule.

Lead and execute overall systems engineering for EOIR/RFEW defense programs. Ensure engineering process integrity, direct technical teams, decompose requirements, manage integration and verification, create system models and traceability, present technical status to leadership, and maintain required security clearance and on‑site presence.
