Manages cost, schedule, technical performance, budgets, risks, resources, requirements, suppliers, and customer relationships across multiple classified defense development projects. Leads program reviews, issue resolution, proposal and capture activities, contract changes, strategic planning, and cross-functional teams. The role is fully onsite in Rancho Bernardo or Palmdale, California, requires an active Top Secret clearance, SAP eligibility, and up to 25% travel.

Supports the development, integration, testing, verification, troubleshooting, and sustainment of advanced radar and mission systems. Performs electronics and RF troubleshooting in laboratory and field environments, conducts root-cause and failure analysis, develops corrective actions, and uses specialized test equipment to validate system behavior. Interfaces with engineering teams, program leadership, and customers while managing multiple technical assignments. Requires domestic travel and active Secret clearance.
