Leads supplier quality activities for F-35 production, including nonconformance investigation, root cause corrective actions, supplier risk management, audits, first-article reviews, quality plan execution, and continuous improvement. Interfaces with suppliers, engineering, sourcing, program teams, MRB, and customers while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and contractual requirements.

Owns product development, delegates engineering work, plans and oversees validation testing, independently reviews technical milestones, and supports proposals and white papers. The role requires extensive aerospace propulsion experience, cross-functional collaboration, and eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance.

Leads the Modeling and Simulation team supporting engineering integration and execution. Manages staff, priorities, talent development, continuous improvement, cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality. Oversees system simulation frameworks, performance models, algorithms, operational environment simulations, trade studies, mission concepts, LORA, spares sensitivity, O&S cost analyses, ROI, and model-based systems engineering. Communicates modeling results and recommendations to internal and external customers.

Provides earned value management expertise to aerospace and defense programs. Mentors program teams on EVMS implementation, develops and delivers training, supports baseline development and Integrated Baseline Reviews, conducts surveillance reviews, and ensures compliance with EIA-748 and DCMA standards. The role also supports internal and external EVMS audits, reviews organizational processes, analyzes cost and schedule data, and communicates findings to stakeholders. Up to 10% travel is required, and the employee must obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Lead manufacturing process engineering for microelectronic advanced-package production. Diagnose production issues, define and validate processes, optimize yield and throughput using DOE, SPC, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis, and manage process controls and documentation. Develop manufacturing data systems and equipment programs, support maintenance and capital projects, implement continuous improvement, and train operators and technicians. The role supports circulator and radiator build lines in a high-visibility production environment.

Leads manufacturing and operations project management across multiple programs, coordinating PMO, manufacturing, testing, supply chain, engineering, and shipping teams. Oversees cost, schedule, readiness, deliverables, proposals, bills of material, continuous improvement, manufacturing metrics, earned value responsibilities, and program closeout. Mentors junior project managers and serves as the manufacturing Cost Account Manager. This individual contributor role requires a Secret clearance and approximately 10% travel.

Supports Global Supply Chain sustainment or training projects as a project-management focal point. Reviews project status and budgets, manages schedules, prepares leadership reports, analyzes program data, monitors milestones, resolves issues, and coordinates across functional organizations and program teams. The role also standardizes processes, drafts workflows, supports sustainment initiatives, and interfaces with management and clients. It is a 100% onsite position requiring an active Secret clearance and 10% travel.
