Lead and manage an industrial engineering team supporting STRIKE, F-35, and Launch programs. Develop and sustain IEOM practices, implement production performance tools/metrics, drive cost and schedule improvements, oversee projects, coordinate with operations/IPT leadership, and perform staffing, forecasting, and long-range planning. Coach and administer team performance and hiring to meet business targets.

Lead definition, integration, and verification of external system interfaces across space and ground segments. Manage subcontract lifecycle for complex, specialized goods and services: source, evaluate proposals, negotiate, award, administer, and close subcontracts. Coordinate cross-functionally, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, monitor supplier schedule/cost/quality, drive supplier performance and continuous improvement, and support program risk/opportunity management.

Support setup, scale-up, and optimization of production areas by designing workflows and work cells, generating value stream maps, analyzing production data, standardizing processes, implementing continuous improvements, and coordinating resources with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Lead development and integration of piloted aircraft displays and processing components. Perform requirements development, MBSE, systems engineering V-model activities, trade studies, performance analyses, supplier technical management, integration/verification planning, flight/mission engineering, risk analysis, and stakeholder communication to deliver and validate avionics display and control solutions.

Serve as systems engineering technical lead across lifecycle phases: own technical baseline, translate CONOPS into requirements and design, coordinate multi-discipline teams, develop integration/V&V/test plans, use MBSE and modeling for trade studies, identify/mitigate risks, present results to stakeholders, and support proposals and estimates.

Support survivability engineering for low-observable aircraft: develop and integrate signature reduction technologies, perform predictive and RCS analyses, coordinate with IPTs and suppliers, design/tests of materials and systems, and contribute to proposals and integration tasks in a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environment.

Lead Windows-focused computer systems operations for classified government contracts: design/maintain Windows domain architectures (AD, GPOs), ensure security/compliance (audit/logging, RMF/STIG standards), manage backups and SAN, troubleshoot across hardware/software/network boundaries, mentor staff, coordinate vendors, and support classified system lifecycle activities on-site.
