Support sector SOX internal controls for Northrop Grumman Space Systems: design and evaluate SOX controls, coordinate audits, perform testing and reporting, document findings and remediation, assist policy development, and support routine and ad hoc financial reporting. Role works with sector Finance, Program Finance, Shared Services, and auditors.

Lead architecture, design, integration, and test of digital subsystems for defense/aerospace products. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, perform DSP modeling and implementation (Matlab/Python), direct design teams, develop requirements and test plans, perform trade studies, and mentor engineers while supporting program capture and standards development.

Lead operations analysis, modeling and simulation (ModSim) efforts to support trade studies, mission effectiveness, and requirements. Develop physics-based RF algorithms, analytical models, and scripts (MATLAB/Python/C++/Java). Analyze Monte Carlo and sensitivity studies, visualize results, document findings, and present to technical and leadership stakeholders while supporting SAP and Top Secret environments.

Develop and sustain mission-operational software product lines and new capabilities across multiple subsystems. Implement advanced object-oriented C++ code on Red Hat Enterprise Linux, participate in Agile teams, apply DevSecOps/test automation practices, and support national security programs requiring security clearance.

Design, build, and maintain automated cloud simulation environments and pipelines using IaC and configuration management. Develop and test deployment pipelines, perform integration and system testing, support SDLC in Agile teams, and occasionally interface with customers. Requires active Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP.

Lead a business management team supporting a Ground-Based Weapon System program. Drive program financial execution, forecasting, EACs, AOP/LRSP, IBRs/JSRs, audits, proposal support, and provide financial assurance and reporting for program performance.
