Lead pre‑award and post‑award subcontract activities for Ground Enterprise Systems, including supplier evaluation, RFP drafting, negotiations, compliance, SOW finalization, cost management, and cross‑functional coordination while supporting process improvements and training.

Perform systems integration, verification/validation, and supportability analyses. Translate customer requirements into hardware/software specifications via functional analysis, trade studies, test planning, instrumentation, and troubleshooting. Monitor, maintain, upgrade, and document network infrastructure; administer Linux and Windows systems; troubleshoot IP networking; and automate deployments and operations using Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management tools.

Lead design and ownership of GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines and container runtime environments. Implement automation for build/test/deploy, enforce Git branching and release practices, integrate quality and security gates, optimize pipeline performance, and mentor engineers while collaborating with development, QA, and operations.

Administer Teamcenter CAD/PLM systems and support CREO/NX modeling standards. Validate 3D models against 2D drawings and ASME standards, develop workflows/templates, resolve CAD application issues, implement Check‑Mate, and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Drafting to ensure model/data integrity for production.

Lead systems engineer and mission manager for flight experiments and tests. Develop and manage system and mission requirements (DOORS), perform performance assessments, verification, testing, anomaly resolution, risk and trade studies, coordinate IPTs and government customers, and present at milestone reviews. On-site in Chandler, AZ; requires active Secret clearance and occasional travel (~10%).

Manage and maintain the Master Production Schedule for a defense manufacturing program. Translate demand into ERP forecasts, balance supply/demand with capacity, drive schedule fidelity, perform data analysis, coordinate across supply chain and program teams, and implement process improvements to ensure on-time delivery and cost/risk-informed recommendations.

Provide on-site Linux systems administration for NASIC at Wright Patterson AFB: maintain multi-user systems, virtualization, AD, STIG/JSIG hardening, patching, backups, account/security management, automation, testing, vendor coordination, and documentation. Support enterprise/government environments and report project status.
