Serve as the interface between systems and software engineering to translate system requirements into actionable software requirements, ensure traceability, review and refine software specifications, lead cross-team requirement workshops, and support verification/validation and test planning to confirm software meets system objectives.

Lead mission assurance for missile products: act as quality liaison, generate and analyze quality metrics (FPY, FAI, Cost of Quality), develop inspection plans, perform process capability analysis, apply Lean and RCA tools, manage supplier audits and corrective actions, validate product readiness, and perform failure and risk assessments.

Lead engineering technical operations including resource planning, estimating, staffing processes, reporting, and liaison between Chief Engineer, IPTs, and functional areas. Drive training, produce status reports, facilitate senior meetings, and execute projects for the VP of Engineering. On-site role requiring a Secret clearance and occasional travel.

Manage and integrate engineering homeroom operations including estimating, resource planning, staffing analysis, and program reporting. Facilitate leadership meetings, coordinate proposal reviews and training initiatives, deliver weekly/monthly status reports, and execute projects supporting the VP of Engineering. Serve as liaison between Chief Engineer, integrated product teams, and functional groups to meet annual operating and long-range goals.

Lead planning and scheduling for Support Equipment Engineering within Product Support. Monitor costs, budgets, manpower, and project impacts across engineering and facilities. Recommend corrective actions, resolve proposal issues, and ensure projects meet schedules and resource requirements.

Lead product support logistics activities including provisioning, spares, repairs, and contractor inventory management. Ensure contract deliverables on schedule and within budget, identify and mitigate risks, integrate program resources, develop metrics, transition support from test to interim contractor support, generate estimates for contracts, and provide team leadership and mentoring for assigned personnel.
