Conduct quality/compliance reviews, interface with engineering/contracts/supply chain, request DCAA audits, and maintain proposal records to support customer commitments and company financial goals.

Lead research, design, integration, and test of avionics electronics and sustainment solutions. Oversee technical suppliers and junior engineers, coordinate cross-functional teams, report program technical status, support qualification and environmental testing, and ensure compliance with processes, schedules, cost assessments, and quality standards.

Define and validate system architectures through trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition. Support modeling & simulation and MBSE toolchains, lead space and ground systems integration, and document system design, requirements, interfaces, and mission concepts.
