Design, implement, and assess security controls and processes per NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and DoD RMF. Develop system security architectures, analyze cyber infrastructure, support requirements development, system integration/test and V&V, present technical solutions, serve as an ISSE, and establish/communicate security baselines. Must obtain DoD 8140 Intermediate certifications and maintain a government Secret clearance.

Perform human factors engineering for aircraft human-systems integration: evaluate requirements to MIL-STD, conduct task/workload/usability analyses and accessibility assessments (NX), author HFE program and test documentation (DoD formats), collaborate with design IPTs, and support airworthiness and compliance activities.

Design and evaluate human-system interfaces for military aircraft using HCI/HMI principles. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs; perform human factors analyses and usability studies; author DoD-format HF documentation; collaborate with engineers and IPTs; lead HF/UX efforts and ensure compliance with relevant MIL-STD guidance.

Lead TEMPEST and EMI/EMC systems engineering for Sentinel (GBSD): decompose requirements, develop subsystem design requirements, perform analysis and NSTISSAM/CNSSAM-compliant testing, support design reviews, develop TEMPEST control and test plans, and produce E3 integration and verification artifacts while supporting hardware teams for compliance.

Lead development and execution of a data strategy for the Sentinel program, designing scalable data infrastructure, governance, security, and integration across engineering toolchains. Oversee data modeling, lakes/warehouses/streaming, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and stakeholder engagement to support system development through sustainment.
