Own a portfolio of enterprise and growth accounts end-to-end from implementation through adoption, renewal health, and expansion. Resolve and manage customer tickets, validate AI-driven triage, coordinate engineering escalations, drive product adoption, quantify business value, conduct enablement and business reviews, and identify renewal and expansion opportunities. The role combines customer success, technical support, relationship management, and AI-enabled account operations.

Develop and deploy AI agents, integrations, automations, and workflow solutions for customers. Build knowledge graphs and connect SaaS and non-SaaS systems using APIs, webhooks, and real-time architectures. Optimize AI performance through prompt engineering and semantic search, analyze data with SQL, create dashboards, prototype solutions, conduct technical demonstrations, and collaborate across customer-facing and internal teams. The role involves approximately 30% customer engagement and up to 80% travel.

Build and deploy AI agents, integrations, automations, and vertical solutions on the DevRev platform. Own implementation partner onboarding, enablement, certification, delivery, adoption, and ongoing success. Develop reusable tools and frameworks, integrate APIs and data systems, troubleshoot with SQL and observability, optimize AI performance, and provide technical guidance to customers, partners, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across the Americas, including sourcing strategy, talent mapping, candidate engagement, hiring-manager partnership, structured evaluations, pipeline management, offer coordination, and onboarding support. Use recruiting metrics to improve hiring velocity and pipeline health while maintaining accurate ATS records and continuously refining hiring workflows.
