Leads North American business operations for Wise Platform, owning servicing and operational KPIs, partner success, SLAs, capacity, and regional operational strategy. The role influences cross-functional teams, launches and scales servicing models, resolves structural issues, manages change, and translates partner needs into strategic roadmaps and execution plans. It requires strong data analysis, customer-service leadership, operational problem-solving, and knowledge of regional laws, culture, and regulations.
