The HCM Consultant gathers customer integration requirements, designs and documents data exchange solutions, coordinates testing, troubleshoots issues, and transitions integrations to production support. The role partners with payroll vendors, HCM providers, engineering, project management, and other stakeholders across 5–10 concurrent SaaS implementation projects. Responsibilities include customer discovery, training, technical requirements analysis, file delivery, testing oversight, issue resolution, and implementation coordination.

Lead SaaS benefits-platform implementations and data integrations for employer clients. Gather payroll and HCM requirements, design file or API interfaces, document technical specifications, coordinate engineering reviews, develop testing plans, troubleshoot issues, and oversee implementation transitions. Manage 10–15 concurrent projects while partnering with customers, vendors, project managers, and internal teams. Provide training and mentorship to junior associates.

Supports business decision-making by developing operational, financial, and performance reports; analyzing data from multiple sources; maintaining dashboards and visualizations; validating data; and communicating actionable insights. The role assists with budgeting, forecasting, business reviews, vendor performance reporting, and ad hoc analysis while improving reporting processes through automation and standardization.

Assists with planning and executing internal audits across business lines, testing internal controls and compliance with policies, documenting working papers, analyzing results, identifying audit issues, and recommending improvements. The role communicates findings to management, supports special assignments, may supervise associate auditors, and contributes to professional development, recruiting, and process improvement.

Lead actuarial research, methodology design, audit-level reviews, profitability, reserve, and valuation modeling. Develop and automate actuarial models, validate regulatory memorandums, analyze insurance data, perform financial reporting and experience studies, and advise cross-functional teams on actuarial risks, assumptions, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on retirement and group annuity products, reserve and cash flow testing, profitability metrics, stress testing, and assumption development.

Provide application maintenance and enhancement support for data management applications and middleware. Lead incident management, root cause analysis, documentation, security and architecture reviews, supplier guidance, and technical issue resolution. Design, build, monitor, and optimize Azure Data Factory pipelines, including data transformations, quality checks, validation, performance analysis, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure reliable enterprise data integration.

Leads end-to-end technical service delivery for assigned client accounts, serving as the primary technical subject matter expert. Coordinates internal teams and vendors, monitors SLA and service performance, resolves risks and delivery issues, drives continuous improvement, and supports client outcomes throughout the engagement lifecycle. Provides technical guidance and training while ensuring solutions meet client needs and contractual commitments.

Leads and contributes to secure, auditable cloud automation across Azure, AWS, and OCI. Builds Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps CI/CD platforms with policy gates, artifact promotion, secrets management, audit trails, and compliance controls. Conducts infrastructure-as-code governance audits, remediates production risks, and partners with security, compliance, and change-management teams. Manages, mentors, and grows a team of cloud and platform engineers while serving as the technical authority for automation architecture.

Leads solution architecture for data and analytics, AI/BI, data science, and master data management initiatives. Develops enterprise architecture strategies, technology roadmaps, governance plans, and data integration solutions. Partners with business stakeholders, data owners, enterprise architects, and technical subject matter experts to assess needs, evaluate alternatives, manage risks and costs, and align technology investments with business objectives. Designs solutions using big data, database, visualization, middleware, and MDM technologies.

Support planning and execution of internal audits across Retirement and Wealth Management. Perform control testing, document findings, use data analytics, develop issues and recommendations, communicate results, support special projects, and contribute to continuous improvement and talent development.
