Lead talent acquisition strategy for a high-growth organization by forecasting hiring needs, building scalable recruitment processes, sourcing candidates for critical roles, and managing recruitment teams. Establish hiring metrics, leverage recruitment technology and analytics, improve workflows and candidate experience, and partner with leadership, hiring managers, marketing, staffing agencies, universities, and professional organizations to build strong talent pipelines.

Manage interior signage and workplace rebranding projects from design handoff through fabrication, installation, quality control, and closeout. Responsibilities include site assessments, drawing and design package reviews, competitive bidding, vendor and fabricator coordination, fabrication schedule tracking, installation oversight, punch list management, inspections, warranty documentation, and decommissioning coordination. The role requires managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and traveling to project sites two to three times monthly.

Collects, audits, validates, and analyzes commercial real estate, economic, and demographic data. Identifies market trends and drivers, maintains high-quality datasets, creates visualizations, presents insights to internal and external clients, supports research products and client projects, and demonstrates JLL research technology and tools.

Lead PMO for campus transformation and regional integration, establishing governance, roadmaps, KPIs, and stakeholder engagement. Manage cross-functional workstreams across real estate, construction, and change management, present executive reporting, run workshops, mitigate risks, and support global integration efforts. Act as trusted advisor to sponsors and ensure program delivery and sustained participation.

Support JLL sourcing strategies for facilities and indirect services by delivering market and supplier intelligence, leading RFPs and supplier onboarding, developing sourcing plans for cost savings and diversity, managing stakeholder communications, ensuring compliance, and supporting supplier performance and quarterly business reviews.

Own the product strategy, technology vision, roadmap, and delivery for JLL’s enterprise facilities and workplace technology ecosystem. Lead integration of CMMS, IWMS, workplace platforms, and AI/ML capabilities; define success metrics; develop ROI and investment cases; remove systemic adoption barriers; influence vendors and senior executives; and drive scalable solutions across engineering, operations, data science, and analytics teams.

Own the strategy, technology vision, roadmap, and delivery for JLL’s corporate real estate and facilities technology ecosystem. Lead integration across CMMS, workplace service, and enterprise platforms; define success metrics; develop ROI and investment cases; remove adoption and vendor barriers; align senior stakeholders; and identify GenAI, machine learning, and analytics applications for operational improvement.
