Lead the product backlog and deliver enhancements for client financials on web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business partners to write requirements, run user research and testing, analyze data, present to stakeholders, and identify AI opportunities to improve digital client experiences for Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE clients.

Leads market operations, sales growth, profitability, compliance, risk management, recruiting, team development, and client service. Partners with the Market Executive to manage financial and personnel performance, support regulatory compliance, administer supervisory planning, strengthen sales processes, and execute marketing initiatives targeting high-net-worth clients. Requires financial advisory experience, active securities registrations, and strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project-management skills.

Provide front-to-back supervisory oversight of listed equity/index options, futures, and FX forwards for HNW/UHNW clients. Monitor trading, positions, limits and exceptions; conduct risk reviews, escalations, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure compliance with CFTC, NFA, FINRA, SEC, and exchange rules. Partner with Financial Advisors, Branch/Complex leadership, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to resolve issues and improve controls.

Advise power & energy clients on equity capital raises (IPOs, follow-ons, convertibles, private placements); originate, structure and execute transactions; perform complex financial analysis; manage multiple projects and distribution; deliver client-focused capital markets solutions under tight deadlines.

Provide ongoing equity plan administration and client support on Shareworks and Equity Edge Online. Process daily and monthly events, reconcile records, manage data updates, handle client inquiries via Salesforce/Zendesk, meet SLAs, document processes, participate in product testing, run client meetings, identify risks, and support onboarding and cross-team collaboration to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.

Support wealth management teams through market research, marketing and sales assistance, and analytical tasks. Gain exposure to products, clients, and financial services while developing business, financial, communication, and teamwork skills in a limited-duration internship.

Lead liquidity regulatory policy for UK and EU, develop firm positions on LCR/NSFR and prudential standards, advise on regulatory impacts of strategic initiatives, represent the firm in industry fora, and partner with Finance, Risk and business units on implementation and governance of regulatory change.

Ensure timely, accurate settlement of domestic and international trades by managing post-trade processes, resolving exceptions, coordinating with brokers, custodians and vendors, maintaining records and audits, improving operational processes, and supporting technology initiatives. Work cross-functionally in a high-volume environment to mitigate settlement risk and meet strict deadlines during an approximate 10:30AM–7:30PM EST shift.

Support Finance data governance by managing data issues, executing quality controls, producing reporting and metrics, liaising with issue owners, documenting processes, preparing materials for senior forums, and identifying automation improvements.

Lead large, complex enterprise programs linking strategy to execution. Structure, plan, and manage multiple workstreams, track risks and OKRs, drive issue resolution, align cross-functional business and IT teams, deliver roadmaps and communications, build PMO standards, and mentor other PMO resources.
