Lead design, develop, deploy and support a performant Python backtesting framework for quants, traders and researchers. Provide technical leadership, define architecture and roadmap, ensure code quality and automated testing, collaborate with stakeholders, and grow a global team supporting quantitative index strategies.

Supports the Taiwan Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Compliance in strategic planning, office governance, regulatory and control initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional projects. Partners with control teams to ensure GenAI capabilities meet monitoring, oversight, data quality, and operational risk standards as models, prompts, and system architectures evolve.

Provides administrative support to Institutional Equity Division stakeholders, including phone coverage, calendar and meeting coordination, travel bookings, expense reporting, visitor management, office supplies, events, and presentation materials. The role also supports colleagues during absences, coordinates with internal departments and overseas offices, maintains distribution groups, and handles confidential matters with discretion. Fluency in English and Japanese and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

Supports firm-wide risk reporting by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processes; developing risk data, infrastructure, and interactive visualization solutions; coordinating committee reporting; preparing senior management materials; and contributing to strategic risk management communications. The role requires analysis of financial products and risk metrics, project and process management, strong communication, attention to detail, and collaboration across regional and functional teams.

Support high-volume trading operations across equities, options, futures, and crypto. Handle order routing, manual entry, broker reviews, trade inquiries, exceptions, and market access controls. Analyze execution quality, rejects, reporting, halts, and operational risks while maintaining audit-ready procedures. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Product, vendors, and market centers to resolve issues, improve controls, and automate workflows. The role requires shift work Sunday through Thursday, 4 PM to midnight ET.

Provides client service and administrative support to Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, and their teams. Responsibilities include processing money movements, answering account questions, entering client and account data, supporting digital tool enrollment, preparing meeting materials, assisting with portfolio research, maintaining calendars and travel itineraries, processing expenses, handling calls, and supporting marketing activities. Requires strong organization, communication, client service, Microsoft Office, and multitasking skills.

Support Investment Management Finance accounting and controllership activities, including seed investments, carried interest, consolidations, corporate accounting, cash, assets under management, billing, revenue cycles, and quarterly invoicing. Partner cross-functionally with finance, IT, operations, legal, compliance, audit, and data providers. Drive process transformation, analyze large data volumes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver quality-control reviews and data-driven reporting.

Provides institutional client service and supports consulting directors with relationship management, client meetings, follow-ups, account transactions, reports, financial plans, research, and digital tool enrollment. Assists with business development plans, marketing campaigns, conferences, seminars, webinars, and enrollment initiatives. Coordinates service team activities, maintains policy and platform knowledge, and participates in firm projects and performance reviews.

Supports financial advisors and private wealth teams by preparing client reports, researching investments, adjusting asset allocations, updating financial objectives, participating in client meetings, reviewing prospects, and executing marketing-related administrative tasks. Requires knowledge of financial products, strong client service and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, and active securities licenses.
