Provide Windows systems administration and 24/7 network support for classified NIPR/SIPR/JWICS and SAP/SAR environments. Administer and support enterprise storage for a secure DoD environment: install, configure, and maintain Everpure/ONTAP storage, manage LUNs/NFS/object stores, deploy VMs, perform patching, backups/replication (snapshots, SnapMirror), troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues, ensure security compliance, and automate tasks via scripting (Bash/PowerShell/Python).

Lead complex, FAR-compliant strategic sourcing and RFP/RFQ efforts, negotiate supplier agreements, ensure procurement compliance and risk mitigation, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and improve supplier management and sourcing processes.

Lead Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for AN/SQQ-89 A(V)15, coordinate provisioning, configuration control, lifecycle sustainment, logistics data and metrics, supervise logisticians, and manage supply-chain and maintenance planning to meet Navy readiness requirements.

Administer subcontracts across pre-award, award, post-award, and closeout phases following FAR and company policy. Support proposal activities, solicit and evaluate subcontractor proposals, analyze pricing, generate reports, liaise between program teams and suppliers, and maintain stakeholder communications. Provide contract interpretation, participate in special projects, and assist/coach less experienced staff as needed.
