Administer and maintain enterprise SCCM/MCM across multiple air-gapped networks for patch management, software distribution, OS deployment, and inventory. Monitor infrastructure health, manage collections/boundaries, apply patches/hotfixes, troubleshoot issues, and produce documentation and knowledge articles. Support integration with PKI, Active Directory/GPOs, WSUS, and automation tools; assist patch cycle and deployment testing.
