The Senior CMOS/TC‑AIMS II System Administrator (MFASTr) provides expert‑level transportation systems administration and theater‑wide mobility support for United States Army Europe and Africa. This role oversees CMOS, TC‑AIMS II, MFASTr, LTS, and VANTAGE system operations; manages user access and workflow alignment; leads helpdesk operations; develops training programs; and supports theater mobility readiness from Grafenwöhr Training Area. Responsibilities directly support USAREUR‑AF G‑4 MOD’s expanding operational requirements.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
MFASTr System Administration & Training Support
Develop and maintain a categorized helpdesk ticketing schema, including tracking issues requiring additional training.
Maintain weekly summaries of system issues, resolutions, trends, common errors, and required change requests.
Resolve all helpdesk tickets within 48 hours; track resolution times.
Create and maintain a Training Implementation Plan ensuring all users retain required system access.
Maintain updated training rosters and manage user alignment to MCE DODAACs.
Maintain users, groups, and unit data in G4 MOD’s SharePoint system.
Deliver recurring training through one‑on‑one sessions, VTC/telecom, Microsoft Teams, and conferences (TDY as required).
Provide periodic training on common helpdesk issues.
Maintain and update PowerPoint user guides, SOPs, quick‑reference troubleshooting sheets, and technical tips.
Transportation Systems Support – CMOS, LTS & VANTAGE
Serve as liaison to CMOS Program Managers; coordinate access, account creation, troubleshooting, and VANTAGE integration.
Deliver recurring CMOS training (VTC/in-person) across theater.
Manage all CMOS user access requests and maintain system documentation/OPs published to G4 MOD SharePoint.
Serve as liaison to LTS Program Managers; provide user access management, troubleshooting, and integration with VANTAGE.
Deliver recurring LTS training and maintain LTS SOPs and reference materials.
Support G‑4 MOD coordination with the G‑4 Data Section for VANTAGE data integration across mobility systems.
Deliver VANTAGE application training; manage access; maintain SOPs, reference guides, workflow documentation.
Provide expert knowledge on CMOS, LTS, MFASTr, and VANTAGE workflows, capabilities, and best practices.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent years of experience
Experience: 11+ years of relevant military/government network installation and systems/network administration experience.
Technical skills:
CMOS, TC-AIMS II, MFAST, LTS and VANTAGE or similar DOD transportation systems
Demonstrated experience administering enterprise mobility systems and training large user populations.
Proven ability to manage helpdesk operations and maintain technical documentation.
Experience with MCE DODAAC alignment and G4 MOD mobility workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior support to USAREUR‑AF or other Army Service Component Commands.
Experience with STAMIS systems and mobility/sustainment logistics.
Familiarity with USAREUR G4 MOD SharePoint environment.
Certifications: DoD 8570 certification such as Security+ CE
Security Clearance: Secret Clearance required to start, must able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.
Role requirements: Full-time, on-site in Grafenwöhr, Germany; occasional TDY travel
