Lead development and governance of Advana Customer Success Operations and Stakeholder Management Plans across Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret domains. Serves as SME for multi-vendor UC platforms (Avaya, Cisco, Polycom, Webex, Teams), interfaces with security and application teams, produces documentation/Visio artifacts, creates firewall/ACL requests, and leads field engineers to ensure reliable enterprise UC services.
