Leads IT projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develops integrated deployment plans, coordinates cross-functional workstreams, manages budgets and resources, communicates project health and risks, maintains issue logs, negotiates stakeholder support, and drives mitigation and go-live resolution activities.

Leads end-to-end testing strategy and execution for a large supply chain transformation spanning WMS, SAP, integrations, warehouse automation, data platforms, performance, UAT, and regression testing. The role drives process redesign and continuous improvement, manages stakeholders, mitigates risks, and oversees customer master data management to ensure trusted data supports business and regulatory goals.

Leads internal communications strategy and execution for Digital and Technology Services and Information Security teams, with emphasis on AI and cybersecurity initiatives. Develops announcements, change-management communications, newsletters, intranet and digital content, TechAlerts, executive event materials, and social media initiatives. Partners with executives, communications teams, agencies, and business leaders while managing a communications consultant and supporting employee engagement, external media opportunities, and technology-focused communications.

Monitors pricing performance, profitability, compliance, and operational controls across the pricing lifecycle. Analyzes gross profit trends, pricing exceptions, contracts, and financial exposure; creates dashboards and reporting; investigates root causes; identifies process gaps and emerging risks; and drives sustainable corrective actions. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to improve pricing accuracy, protect revenue, reduce customer impact, and support price realization initiatives and ad hoc business analysis.

Supports financial operations through billing management, transaction reconciliation, contract and pricing analysis, internal control audits, financial reporting, and business intelligence. Partners with pharmacy operations, finance, and business leaders to resolve issues, improve profitability and compliance, and deliver recommendations. Drives process improvements, automation, self-service solutions, and system enhancements while providing ad hoc analysis and support for non-standard business requests.

Manages and executes the Finance SOX program, including control identification, testing, and review. Performs substantive audit procedures for external auditors, supports acquisition and business transformation control transitions, and serves as a process subject matter expert. Provides guidance to junior staff and contributes to departmental initiatives involving data analytics, training, DE&I, and career development.
