Design and develop sales enablement and marketing-aligned learning assets (eLearning, ILT/VILT, blended solutions), manage Absorb LMS user administration, evaluate learning effectiveness, create job aids and launch training, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Training to drive product adoption and revenue.

Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, support DevOps/CI-CD processes, partner with stakeholders, and implement automation and AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and data quality.

Sell PEO services by generating new business, qualifying prospects, negotiating pricing/terms, managing client relationships for retention and profitability, supporting product/marketing, and representing the company at industry events. Requires travel and maintaining expense budgets.
