Processes supplier invoices in Mexico accurately and on time, resolves billing issues with vendors, manages check payment requests, monitors requisitions and purchase orders, records unpaid invoices at month-end, and schedules and calculates supplier payments according to company policies.

Leads the health, optimization, integration, and support of ERP and manufacturing applications across plants and distribution centers. Gathers requirements, develops reports and dashboards, manages integrations, coordinates upgrades, and leads testing. Partners with business and IT teams on projects, continuous improvement, training, documentation, and AI-driven process enhancements. Requires expertise in manufacturing, order-to-cash, supply chain, ERP modules, SQL, Power BI, and enterprise application support.
