Senior analogue hardware engineer responsible for requirements analysis, electronic design and architecture, simulation and verification testbench creation, design reviews, configuration control, hardware integration, commissioning, and supporting manufacturing. Work spans full development lifecycle on defence products, with emphasis on analog/mixed-signal, power management, SI/EMC, and testing.

Apply ILS engineering to sustain and develop systems: perform logistics support analyses (RCMA, LORA, MTA), create maintenance procedures and LSAR records, design packaging and provisioning, advise on supportability during design, evaluate bid ILS impacts, and brief stakeholders. Work closely with design, program, and sustainment teams to ensure lifecycle supportability and compliance with MIL/GEIA standards.

Integrate, deploy, and validate COTS and custom applications for a land C4ISR system. Develop and execute integration and qualification test plans, automate lab deployments and testing, investigate and resolve defects, build/maintain virtual environments, document results, and collaborate with engineering teams and customers within an Agile framework.

Design and develop rugged mechanical components, subsystems, and enclosures across the product lifecycle for military platforms. Perform FEA and environmental testing (thermal, vibration, shock), support prototype build, verification, manufacturing handoff, RCCA, and design reviews. Collaborate with systems, hardware, PCB, supply chain and manufacturing teams, mentor junior designers, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Provide on-site engineering support for airborne mission systems (including electronic warfare): diagnose and repair failures, perform preventive/corrective maintenance, lead technical investigations, support verification and test activities, prepare documentation and status reports, deliver on-the-job training, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, identify risks, and recommend solutions in secure, customer-facing environments.

Lead commercial activities for Mission Systems Air & Naval bids and programmes: draft and manage contracts, customer engagement, Oracle system maintenance, change control, invoicing, commercial risk management, and provide commercial strategy to win business.

Lead signal integrity analysis, simulation, design and validation for high-speed digital and analog avionics PCBs and interconnects. Perform SI testing/measurement, develop models, create documentation and design guidelines, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, develop, test, integrate, and maintain mission-critical aerospace software. Produce design and test documentation, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and present technical content at reviews.
