Manage complex customer onboarding implementations for KYC services, including corporate KYC reviews, outreach, screening alert disposition, entity-structure analysis, document review, and AML risk assessment. Perform quality checks against SLAs, identify and escalate money-laundering or terrorist-financing red flags, support global clients, improve policies and processes, and serve as a subject matter expert on KYC and AML procedures.

Manages strategic energy and commodities accounts, serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating internal resources to improve satisfaction, adoption, retention, and account growth.
