Lead business operations for the Communications team, driving transformation, AI adoption, strategic planning, project execution, metrics/reporting, and executive support. Partner with the Chief Communications Officer to improve operating models, stakeholder engagement, and capability building while managing high-visibility initiatives and confidential executive priorities across a global, matrixed organization.

Lead product innovation initiatives for S&P Global Ratings by shaping product strategy, managing the innovation pipeline, capturing customer insights, building business cases, mentoring team members, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving product enhancements and launches to grow the commercial ratings business.

Manage and grow a book of asset manager and service provider accounts. Maintain C-suite relationships, drive platform engagement, renew and upsell licenses, meet quarterly growth targets, manage pipeline and forecasting, and position the product versus competitors.

Support billing, revenue assurance, invoice dispute resolution, and financial/P&L reporting. Validate claims, perform quality checks, liaise with stakeholders, and provide revenue/utilization insights to leadership.

Researches and verifies corporate actions and dividends, inputs data into proprietary databases, monitors news for corporate action announcements, ensures data quality and evidence storage, supports US and APAC trading hours, answers client queries, coordinates with global teams, and works hybrid with at least two days in-office weekly.

Serve as regional product specialist for S&P Global Market Intelligence datafeed solutions, deploy and configure feeds, train and support clients, drive adoption and retention, collaborate with sales and product teams, and gather client feedback to inform product enhancements.

Drive new business revenue by identifying, securing, and growing sponsor relationships for new event launches. Build pipelines, secure founding sponsors, exceed revenue targets, shape go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with marketing, production, and leadership to ensure commercial success of summits targeted at the asset management ecosystem.
