Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, document, and deliver customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions. Gather and translate requirements, support solution design, ensure traceability through delivery and testing, manage stakeholder alignment, and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory frameworks. Manages enterprise business partner master data operations, including incident evaluation, data quality, lifecycle management, process analysis, SOPs, audit controls, training, and continuous improvement. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, collaborates with IT and global stakeholders, supports SAP processes across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain, and leads or coordinates related projects.

Leads the design, implementation, and operation of resilient data center network infrastructure. Architects spine-leaf and EVPN-VXLAN fabrics, executes complex network migrations, troubleshoots underlay and overlay issues, and drives automation using Arista AVD, GitHub, and CI/CD. Provides escalation support, leads technical teams, manages stakeholders and vendors, evaluates solutions through PoCs, and ensures compliance with architecture, quality, regulatory, and change-management standards.

Provides regional IT technical support for Roche digital and laboratory products. Responsibilities include diagnosing complex issues, supporting network and server deployments, integrating LIS/HIS systems using HL7 and ASTM, conducting testing and validation, managing upgrades, patches, and security remediation, documenting solutions, escalating technical cases, and training service engineers and partners. The role also serves as a technical liaison between Roche and hospital or laboratory IT teams.

Provides advanced regional IT support for Roche digital products used by hospitals and laboratories. Responsibilities include diagnosing complex issues, supporting network and server deployments, integrating LIS/HIS systems using HL7 and ASTM, managing upgrades, patches, vulnerabilities, and security compliance, coordinating escalations, validating implementations, documenting solutions, and training service engineers and partners.
