Manage a named pipeline of financial advisors and advisor teams through Pontera’s initial activation phase. Lead onboarding meetings, create urgency using consultative sales methodologies, drive advisors toward onboarding five clients, conduct outbound engagement, track milestone progression, and negotiate and close asset upsell opportunities. Success is measured by rapid advisor activation, platform adoption, and commercial outcomes.

Generate new business through outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach. Build and maintain accurate prospect follow-up lists, overcome objections, develop sales pipelines, and serve as the initial contact for prospective clients. Success requires strong communication, organization, persistence, resilience, self-motivation, and relationship-building skills.

Lead full sales cycles for mid-market Broker-Dealers and RIAs, managing multi-stakeholder deals (C-suite, Compliance, InfoSec). Source and close new business, build proposals and presentations, partner with BDRs, Solution Consultants, and Relationship Managers for technical discovery and smooth handoffs, and navigate regulatory and security reviews to ensure firms are growth-ready post-close.

Plan and execute Pontera’s trade shows, hosted events, executive programs, and field marketing. Own event logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, registration, onsite setup, inventory, reporting, and cross-functional alignment. Manage multiple projects, support event strategy, and travel up to 20% for onsite execution.

Lead onsite IT operations for Pontera's New York office supporting 100+ employees. Provide hands-on support for endpoints, networks, conferencing, and SaaS; manage onboarding/offboarding, MDM, identity, and office infrastructure; coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, and R&D; execute IT projects, maintain documentation, and ensure operational continuity and incident response.

Own end-to-end billing operations including file validation, payment and check reconciliation, credits and refunds, unapplied cash resolution, SOPs/RACI creation, Quote-to-Cash requirements and UAT, and partner with Finance, CX, Product and RevOps to improve billing accuracy and customer communication.
