Coordinate automation/PLC and hydraulics integration, manage vendors, prepare BOMs and technical packages, estimate costs, and oversee commissioning and maintenance as project lead.

Drive UK offshore commercial growth by developing new business, managing key customer relationships, preparing technical and competitive proposals, maintaining CRM data and forecasts, collaborating with engineering and global teams, and representing the company at customer meetings and industry events.

Lead process engineering for feasibility, FEED, detailed design, commissioning and start-up. Perform Aspen HYSYS simulations, prepare H&MBs, PFDs/P&IDs, equipment sizing and datasheets; drive safety-focused designs (HAZOP/SIL), mentor engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with codes, HSEQ and PEM.

Manage performance and operation of NOV FluidControl solids-control rental equipment onsite (centrifuges, shakers, dryers, pumps, conveyors, skips). Ensure HSE compliance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, maintain inventory, coordinate logistics, drive service quality and customer satisfaction, and support equipment utilization and maintenance.

Design, develop, and commission electrical and motion-based automation systems for custom industrial machinery. Lead PLC/HMI and multi-axis motion control development, specify components, create schematics and BOMs, integrate with mechanical/hydraulic systems, perform testing and field commissioning, and provide technical support and mentorship. Frequent domestic and international travel (~50%+).

Provide advanced technical support and guidance for NOV rig automation systems: troubleshoot and resolve client issues, maintain ticketing and monitoring records, perform root cause analysis, prepare damage and corrective action reports, identify reliability trends, coordinate with engineering/sales/workshops, support product notifications, and deliver training and documentation.
