About the Role

As Offshore Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across the UK offshore market by developing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. Acting as the primary commercial contact for your territory, you will collaborate with engineering, proposals, operations, and global sales teams to deliver technical solutions tailored to customer needs.

This is a customer-facing, remote-based role offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence both regional and global business success. You'll work closely with colleagues across Europe, Asia, North America, and the Middle East, contributing to international projects and sharing best practices across a highly collaborative global sales organisation.

About Fiber Glass Systems

NOV Fiber Glass Systems designs and manufactures advanced composite piping systems, structural products, tanks, and engineering solutions serving the energy, marine, offshore, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Our technologies help customers improve safety, reduce maintenance, extend asset life, and enhance operational performance through innovative composite solutions.

Why Join NOV?

At NOV, you'll become part of a global organisation that combines engineering excellence with entrepreneurial thinking. You'll represent one of the industry's broadest portfolios of composite products and technical services, giving you the opportunity to solve complex customer challenges rather than offering a single product.

We offer:

The opportunity to influence major offshore projects across the UK market.

Exposure to international customers and global collaboration.

A highly autonomous remote role with strong support from global engineering and commercial teams.

Comprehensive onboarding and product training.

Long-term career development opportunities within a global technology business.

We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate opportunity and quotation data within CRM to support forecasting and business planning.
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and activity reports.
  • Work closely with international colleagues to support global projects and share market intelligence.
  • Conduct customer visits across the UK and represent NOV at meetings, industry events and project discussions.
  • Monitor customer requirements, project developments and market trends to identify future opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute positively to the overall commercial strategy of Fiber Glass Systems.
