Creates architecture and implementation plans, evaluates integration patterns, guides cross-functional engineering teams, and ensures scalability, security, observability, and production readiness. The role also leads technical reviews, resolves complex production issues, mentors technical staff and vendors, and supports Agile delivery, AI pilots, and continuous improvement.

Designs, develops, tests, integrates, and supports secure, scalable B2B sales technology solutions. Builds Python or Java applications, SQL data flows, REST and event-driven integrations, and Azure cloud services. Partners with cross-functional Agile teams, works with Databricks and enterprise platforms, contributes to AI-enabled workflows, and applies secure coding, CI/CD, observability, and production support practices. Investigates incidents and defects while improving reusable engineering patterns and operational reliability.

Leads the design, development, integration, governance, and support of enterprise Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities. Designs Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, APIs, data models, security, and connected-system integrations. Partners with product, architecture, QA, DevSecOps, vendors, and business stakeholders through SAFe delivery. Oversees technical reviews, mentoring, release readiness, incident analysis, performance tuning, platform stability, technical debt remediation, and evaluation of Salesforce AI capabilities.
