Designs and maintains MetLife Global Technology’s AI-first operating model, including team archetypes, role and accountability frameworks, human-agent governance, lifecycle architecture, decision rights, and transition plans. Collaborates with technology, risk, audit, architecture, and delivery leaders to create standards and reference artifacts that support adoption across CIO organizations. The role also facilitates implementation, incorporates field feedback, and evaluates operating-model effectiveness in regulated technology environments.

Leads transformation initiatives that improve business-process efficiency and effectiveness through Power Platform automation, analytics, Lean, and Six Sigma. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution architecture, Power Apps and Power Automate development, Power BI reporting, testing, deployment, governance, lifecycle support, documentation, training, stakeholder management, and benefits tracking. The role independently identifies improvement opportunities and delivers end-to-end solutions while ensuring data quality, security, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Advises global leaders on complex accounting issues, new products, regulatory guidance, financial reporting, and policy changes under US GAAP, IFRS, and U.S. statutory requirements. Oversees technical accounting research, position papers, financial statement reviews, SOX governance, finance policy certification, employee training, stakeholder management, and team development. Also drives process improvement through AI-enabled agents.

Lead and coach a team that investigates disability and absence claims, ensuring adjudication accuracy, compliance, and strong customer experience. Manage performance, training, quality reviews, call monitoring, and administer concurrent claims (e.g., STD, FMLA, PFML). Escalate issues and drive process improvements to meet business objectives and expense targets.

Lead security master setup, data quality controls, and reconciliation support for North America with global oversight. Drive data governance, partner with asset originators and reconciliation teams, resolve data issues, produce operational metrics, support platform implementations, and implement process improvements to ensure accurate reference data for trading, reporting, and risk management.
