The role guides product decisions through market intelligence and represents the company at industry events and customer meetings.

Leads customer platform enablement for PCIe switch products across data-center and AI systems. Responsibilities include defining technical requirements, supporting board bring-up and production release, debugging hardware, firmware, and system issues, developing technical collateral and software tools, delivering training, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams. The role also requires customer-site travel for system debugging, deployment support, and product integration.

Lead FPGA silicon characterization focusing on high-speed protocols; develop specs and firmware; perform digital and mixed-signal measurements; verify timing and power tools; correlate pre-silicon and silicon results; collaborate cross-functionally.

Lead system-level validation and FPGA prototyping for silicon products: write and execute validation/emulation plans, develop RTL and embedded code (Verilog/VHDL/C), debug board and silicon failures, and collaborate cross-functionally to validate memory and high-speed interface use cases.

Design and simulate analog and mixed-signal IC circuit blocks, develop testbenches and behavioral models, perform transistor-level and post-layout verification, document results, and support laboratory characterization and silicon validation.
