Perform electrical, electro-thermal, and system-level simulations for next-generation power modules used in AI data centers. Model parasitic RLC, high-frequency behavior, power integrity, thermal performance, reliability, and mechanical interactions across SiC, GaN, packaging, and 3D integration. Correlate simulations with hardware measurements, develop modeling methodologies, maintain simulation environments, support customer and application teams, and advance AI-driven simulation, digital twins, probabilistic modeling, and optimization techniques.

Design and develop high-speed digital hardware and FPGA-based image acquisition, processing, and control for SWIR cameras. Implement Verilog/VHDL FPGA code, validate DDR3/DDR4 and SERDES interfaces, develop embedded hardware and C/C++ software, integrate ADC/DAC and sensor interfaces, perform board bring-up, debugging, PCB/schematic support, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver production-ready imaging systems.
