As a Project Engineer, you oversee complex water infrastructure projects, managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications from start to finish.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments from planning through delivery, manage scheduling and freight bookings, work with carriers/3PLs/customs brokers, prepare shipping and trade compliance documentation including dangerous goods per IATA, monitor shipments, resolve transportation issues, file claims, and support continuous improvement to reduce freight costs and improve logistics efficiency.

Own library architecture, versioning, governance, testing, and global adoption, provide technical mentorship, develop tooling and documentation, and collaborate with global teams to standardize control strategies, CI/CD practices, and release management for industrial automation.

Create, organize, and maintain reusable technical documentation and illustrations using authoring tools and CCMS. Collaborate with global SMEs, manage reviews, translations, and content quality checks. Support structured-authoring adoption, metadata, localization, and Agile workflows while contributing to documentation standards and templates.

Design and develop water and wastewater products using 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor). Create/update 3D models, GA/assembly/fabrication drawings, BOMs in ERP/SAP, and PDM/PLM metadata (Vault). Perform reverse engineering, root-cause analysis, ECN/DCN processing, and cross-functional coordination with global teams to meet technical and quality requirements.

Partner with regional and site leaders to align people strategies with business priorities across multi-site industrial operations. Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, compliance, workforce analytics, training, change management, and organizational effectiveness while maintaining a visible regional HR presence and supporting continuous improvement.
