On-site Systems Engineer lead for the Royersford imaging center supporting imaging and file-transfer environments. Own day-to-day operations of hardware/software (high-speed scanners, imaging tools), ensure SLA adherence, manage escalations and on-call duties, onboard customers, deploy Kofax solutions, collaborate with Implementation and DevOps, and improve processes to monitor productivity, quality, and uptime.

Conduct competitive, buyer, and customer research to generate actionable insights for GTM strategy and product roadmaps. Design primary research (interviews, surveys), manage longitudinal brand tracking, develop buyer personas and messaging with Product Marketing, analyze competitor financials, and use generative AI/LLMs to accelerate synthesis and storytelling.

Design, configure, and customize the InSight/content services platform including UX/UI, workflow development, and custom coding. Develop and integrate REST APIs, collaborate in sprints with architects and PMs, provide effort estimates, update Kanban boards, and deliver technical design and architecture documentation.

Operate and maintain imaging/scanning and PC equipment to scan, process, and verify document quantities per specifications, following established procedures with moderate supervision.

Lead and coach a warehouse team to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient inbound/outbound operations. Manage shift planning, task allocation, customer escalations, supplier and transport liaison, inventory accuracy, KPI targets, and health and safety compliance including daily checks and incident investigations.

Provide customer service and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, execute accurate order processing, maintain logistics documentation and warehouse databases, generate management reports, liaise with hauliers, suppliers and customers, ensure compliance with safety and organisational policies, and support seamless warehouse workflows across flexible operational hours.

Perform document scanning and digital conversion, maintain records accuracy and quality control, follow information-security and privacy procedures, and support customers and operations in records management workflows.

Prepare, scan, and index high volumes of physical records into digital images, operate and maintain scanning equipment, perform quality control and data entry, follow security and production procedures, and support document control and client SLAs. Lift up to 40 lb and obtain Public Trust clearance.
