The CAD Designer creates detailed drawings and models of fluid control components, collaborates with engineers and prepares BOMs while adhering to design standards.

Supports product selection and ensures customer and contractual requirements are captured, documented, and communicated across teams. Reviews RFQs, specs, drawings, BOMs and POs, develops requirements/compliance matrices, liaises between customers and internal engineering/manufacturing teams, identifies conflicts, and maintains product and standards knowledge. Requires intermediate data entry and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, supplier performance, inventory strategy, and cross-functional alignment. Drive supplier negotiations, inventory reduction, VMI models, MIS reporting, continuous improvement (Kaizen/Lean), and support product bids and development with market price tracking.

Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the General Manager: manage calendar, confidential communications, presentations, travel and vendor coordination, office operations, and cross-functional project coordination to deliver strategic initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Lead and coordinate end-to-end global programs for Virginia & Columbia Class projects: define scope, schedules, budgets, and resources; manage contracts, customer liaison, risk, and program financials; drive cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, inspection, and shipping to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

Sell CIRCOR pump and flow-control solutions by prospecting new accounts, building pipeline, developing technical proposals with engineering partners, managing complex EPC/project sales cycles, negotiating terms, and meeting new-business revenue quotas while supporting service and aftermarket opportunities.
