Defines customer requirements, prepares technical and commercial proposals, develops application-specific solutions, collaborates on pricing and delivery, negotiates scope changes, and presents proposals. Maintains proposal tools and documentation, tracks success metrics, manages NPI stage-gate controls, and drives continuous improvement. Manage technical and commercial quotations for replacement pumps and spare parts, including RFQ processing, hydraulic pump selection, trade compliance, SAP quotation creation, delivery coordination, customer communication, and order handover. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, ETO teams, distributors, and sales managers to resolve technical questions, prepare accurate offers, monitor approvals, and ensure complete documentation.

Manages indirect procurement operations, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, quotations, commercial evaluations, negotiations, MRO materials, services, and CapEx support. Maintains supplier relationships, evaluates supplier performance, supports qualification and onboarding, identifies alternate suppliers, ensures policy compliance, tracks commitments, and prepares procurement reports and savings trackers while coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Handles technical and commercial RFQs for pumps and packages, including CRM entry, trade compliance checks, delivery coordination, engineering clarifications, quotation preparation, approval workflows, customer communication, offer revisions, follow-up, and order handover. The role coordinates with customers, distributors, field service, operations, planning, engineering, and customer service teams.

Drive aftermarket industrial pump sales across North India by managing key accounts, developing new business, forecasting pipelines, preparing quotations, conducting techno-commercial negotiations, closing orders, coordinating internal execution teams and channel partners, gathering market intelligence, and addressing customer feedback. The role is responsible for sales targets, margins, customer relationships, market development, and order-book growth.

Provide technical and pre-sales support for defense pump sales to Indian Navy customers: review requirements, propose technical solutions, prepare SAP quotations, source local suppliers per Make in India, collaborate with engineering for custom designs, support order entry and project realization, and act as customer representative internally.
