Leads the enterprise marketing technology strategy, roadmap, architecture, integrations, governance, and optimization across multiple brands. Coordinate international import shipments from overseas suppliers and shippers through customs clearance and delivery to distribution centers. Manage import documentation in NetSuite, verify HTS codes and duty rates, coordinate customs brokers and freight forwarders, negotiate freight costs, generate shipping reports, monitor regulations, and improve standard operating procedures. The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Leads cross-functional sales operations projects from planning through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, improving processes, and supporting operational excellence. Develops project plans, timelines, risk assessments, dashboards, KPIs, and status reports. Supports sales forecasting and pipeline analysis, documents business requirements, and helps implement new tools and workflows through communication, training, and change management. Requires strong customer-facing communication and continuous improvement skills.

Designs, develops, optimizes, and maintains data pipelines and Snowflake data warehouse infrastructure using Matillion. Integrates structured and unstructured sources, ensures data quality and governance, supports data modeling and business intelligence, and troubleshoots pipeline issues. Develops automation scripts and queries with Python, SQL, and PowerShell while collaborating with stakeholders and external partners. The role also supports API integrations, cloud data solutions, documentation, and emerging AI capabilities in Snowflake Cortex.
