Serve as primary HR business partner to senior leaders, providing employee relations, talent management, performance coaching, organizational design, workforce planning, compensation support, and HR program execution while collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence and using HR data to inform business decisions.

Lead architecture and implementation of enterprise AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) environments, drive cloud migrations and IaC, build GitOps/CI-CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitLab CI), implement observability and security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC2, SOX), mentor engineers, lead PoCs, and manage incident response and on-call for critical cloud infrastructure.

Develop risk dashboards and reports, support audits and compliance (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR), maintain policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to remediate control gaps and embed security requirements across vendor lifecycles.

Responsible for timely, accurate processing of high-volume payments (check, ACH, wire, payment portals), managing vendor and employee payments, preparing wire documentation, reconciling payables, supporting audits, preventing fraud by verifying banking info, and collaborating with AP, Finance, and Treasury to improve processes.

Manage and maintain HPC clusters, storage, networking, and job schedulers. Install/configure hardware and software, optimize performance, support users, enforce security, run backups and DR, coordinate hardware repairs, and participate in on-call rotation.
