Design, modernize, and maintain core systems for high-fidelity flight and mission simulators. Integrate hardware and software components, troubleshoot complex issues across legacy and modern platforms, support system reviews, and contribute to next-generation training capabilities to ensure pilot readiness and mission safety.

Design, document, and standardize global Employee Relations processes and operating models to support transition to HR Business Operations. Create SOPs, toolkits, and training; improve case quality and scalability; provide guidance on low-to-moderate complexity ER matters and support stakeholders through change.

Serve as the subject-matter expert for international tax: lead compliance and reporting, support audits, reconcile balances, identify tax credits, review contract tax terms, coordinate with external consultants and CAE Inc., mentor staff, and support process improvements and the accounting close.

Develop and analyze financial models, support M&A valuation and due diligence, review contracts for risk mitigation, collaborate globally, and present findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
