The Senior Executive - Scheduler is responsible for scheduling pilot training sessions, liaising with airline operations, preparing training data, and maintaining customer database. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Execute data governance tasks: maintain glossaries, metadata, and quality metrics; support data stewards; document requirements; investigate data issues; track governance meeting outcomes; assist with data literacy and governance processes.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and data models to support revenue forecasting, capacity planning, sales and operational analytics. Manage full sales cycle, build trusted customer relationships, develop territory plans, maintain Salesforce pipeline, secure contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality training delivery and customer retention.

Lead and grow a reliability engineering team focused on database and platform service availability, performance, observability, automation, and incident response. Define SLOs/SLIs, drive IaC and automation, optimize cost and capacity, own backup/recovery and DR exercises, and partner across engineering, security, and product to improve production readiness and resilience.

Support internal audit by performing routine audit procedures, testing internal controls (including SOX), preparing workpapers, assisting financial, operational and compliance audits, compiling DCAA/DCMA information, tracking remediation, and collaborating with stakeholders under senior guidance.

Lead the In-Flight solutions within the Flightscape portfolio by defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Align cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Engineering, Marketing) within SAFe Agile Release Trains, drive customer discovery, prioritize features using feedback and data, support sales and adoption, manage virtual P&L, and measure outcomes to maximize product adoption and commercial success.

Provide oversight and standardization of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S), and Business Continuity Management (BCM) across TCO East. Draft and maintain process documentation, coordinate activities and audits with site teams and global stakeholders, track targets and performance, prepare regular reports, analyze risks, participate in incident investigations, and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
