Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Blackstone Strategic Relationships: manage complex calendars, serve as primary contact/gatekeeper, coordinate multi-stakeholder meetings, arrange intensive domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries, prepare and submit complex expense reports, and support ad hoc projects while maintaining confidentiality, strong organization, and professional judgment.
