Create and maintain master production schedules from orders/forecasts and capacity; analyze and adjust capacity; control and reduce inventory; maintain planning data (lead time, MOQ, capacity); coordinate production/engineering/quality for on-time delivery; track NPI and phase-outs; review safety stock and past-due orders; collect scheduling performance metrics. Ensure FOB order handling for 100% on-time delivery.

Lead development of high-fidelity motor-control system models and HIL test platforms (Speedgoat, Ansys Twin Builder, Simulink). Oversee code generation, embedded C/C++ firmware, unit/integration testing, and cross-functional verification (MIL/SIL/HIL) to validate motor, inverter, and battery control systems.
