•    Provide on proprietary in-house technical design software/manual to clients and communicate customers’ feedback for future product developments
•    Convince potential customers on the values of purchasing company products & services
•    Develop and maintain client, key end-users & key projects’ records 
•    Manage and drive Key Projects with respective Channel distributors to maximize product and sales penetration
•    Develop and drive new application by leveraging the Company’s full product range to maximize full potential of key projects
•    Monitor sales performance versus sales target to ensure alignment.
•    Prepare sales reports detailing sales performance, progress, opportunities and risks.
•    Coordinate with internal departments to seek appropriate resolution to all work issues.
•    Perform other related duties or assignments as directed

REQUIREMENTS:

•    Engineering Degree preferred or Diploma (Civil or Structural preferred, Mechanical)
•    At least 5 years experience in technical /project sales or specified product lines
•    Must have experience selling to Industrial End users and understands the dynamics of the industry
•    Solid knowledge of local market landscape and strong related business network 
•    Willing to work in job-site environment and able to conduct demonstration on site
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills
•    Able to handle multiple priorities, organize, plan, and meet difficult deadlines, multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
•    Strong Interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and documentation skills
•    High energy, self-starter, courage to take calculated risk and able to work in team as well
•    Good track record in a high growth environment
•    Working knowledge of computer applications including MS Office suite products
•    Valid driving license and owns a car
